I recently found myself in a situation where a drunk man armed with a knife tried to kill a Circle K clerk. Watching the man start to hunt down the clerk, I realized I had only a few seconds to react. If I had never taken your class I still would have intervened, but the information I learned from your course put me in a higher state of mind where I was able to maintain a calm head and quickly and without further incident, take control.
