PRIVACY and REFUND POLICY
REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
If you have missed attending your scheduled course you will lose all monies associated with that course. If the Director of Training authorizes a reschedule (Within 90 days) which is based on illness or a serious issue, than there will be a $50 reschedule fee. If you miss the course again, all monies are forfeited. If a prospective student cancels a scheduled course and hinders others students from attending that cousre date, than all course fees and monies are forfeited. If, due to conditions beyond our control, we are unable to book your type of class within 1 year from the original date or cancel all future courses of your registered course, we will give a refund minus administrative fees if you request one in writing. Regardless of how you paid for class we will send you a return bank check minus any administrative fees. It usually takes 14+ business days to process out the refund check.
PLEASE NOTE:
We require an adult signature for some product deliveries. Our responsibility is to properly package and safely ship your packages. Your responsibility is to be available to receive and to sign for your order. If we follow your shipping requests properly, our responsibility ends when we properly deliver your order to the shipping carrier for delivery.
We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHARGEBACKS and will treat all such cases as CRIMINAL FRAUD and will prosecute every case to the full extent of the law.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We ship all products in plain, non-descriptive packaging, and the name of the product will not be anywhere on the package. All products will be sent to the designated street address, as chosen by the buyer. All personally identifying information is protected and secured. Federal and State laws require us not to release any personal, identifying information to any party unless explicitly approved by our customers.
SECURE ORDERING:
We value our client information and follow all federal and state privacy laws to ensure your information is completely secure and confidential. We never exchange or sell any e-mail addresses or any personal information unless authorized by the client or student. When you enter your information into the order form, you are connected to a secure server. We utilize Pay Pal as our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) communication protocol to secure the information you have entered as it is sent over the Internet. This is accomplished by encrypting (coding) the data before it is sent, and then decrypting (decoding) the data once it is received by Pay Pal.
