FFL Gun Purchase Form

Place the order for the firearm of your choosing. You can place the order online via our secure website 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or contact us during business hours at 1.888.SHOOT.UM to place your order.

Have your local dealer fax a copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License) to us at 480.460.2105 (Attention Maricopa Tactical Sales). Please ensure that the fax includes your order confirmation number and your full name. If you need assistance locating a dealer, please visit www.FFLFinder.com or call us at 1-800-SHOOT-UM  or 480.460.0059, and we may be able to locate one for you.

 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification that includes basic information about your order such as a tracking/confirmation number and the ship-to address. We do not send tracking information on firearms. This is done to prevent people who knowingly are not able to possess a firearm from ordering one and having it redirected to a different address. Your firearm is shipped with a copy of our FFL (Federal Firearms License) as well as your contact information so that your local dealer has no problem contacting you upon arrival.

Our orders are shipped via UPS FedEx Ground and Fed Ex Express. All in stock items will arrive in approximately 7-14 business days from when the order was placed, depending on location. All backorder and not in-stock items will arrive approximately 2-7 business days after the item ships. We reserve the right based on product availability to Split shipments, however you will not incur additional shipping charges.

1. Choose your firearm and add it to the cart. When you are finished shopping click “Checkout”.
2. If you do not have a user account, do not worry, it’s easy to create one. If you do have a user account, log in. For your shipping address, enter either your FFL’s address, or your own address.
3. Choose your shipping method, (All Handguns must ship Next Day Air, however Rifles and Shotguns can ship by Ground). Choose your shipping method, and click “Continue”.
4. Enter your credit card information and click “Continue”.
5. Review your order’s details and click “Confirm Order.”

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ

Federal firearms laws prevent the shipment of a firearm from Maricopa Tactical LLC, directly to an individual. ALL firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer near you. If you are unable to locate an FFL dealer, we will assist you in locating one and contact you with the information. Firearms must be purchased as a separate transaction from all other items on the website. Handguns must ship overnight. Rifles and shotguns can be shipped ground if desired.

If you do not know the dealer you are going to use, you will need to find one that will accept the transfer of your firearm BEFORE you make your purchase on our website. Most sporting goods stores will provide this service for a small fee. If you are having a firearm transferred to you through Maricopa Tactical dba.. The Urban Jungle, the fee is $40. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the transfer with his or her local dealer in advance. The steps to follow are:

1. Order your firearm online using our secure shopping cart. Enter all FFL dealer info into the “Shipping Address” fields during the checkout process. (Should you have any questions please call us during normal business hours.)
2. Next, instruct the dealer to provide us with a signed copy of his FFL license if we don’t already have it on file. Please note: It is now legal for us to accept a faxed copy of your FFL dealer’s license! 480.460.2105  (Attention Maricopa Tactical Sales)
3. Make sure the dealer knows the firearm is coming from us. If you use a dealer that we already have on file, call him to let him know that a firearm for you is on the way.

Do you already have an FFL dealer that you would like us to ship your firearm to?

*Yes – Please fill out the information in the “Shipping Address” fields during checkout on our web store.

*No – We will contact you and we will help locate an FFL dealer near you. Once we provide you with this information, then you may proceed with your purchase on our website. We will send you an e-mail when the firearm ships, which will include a tracking number.

Class 3 Devices

To own Class 3 devices (Fully automatic, or machine guns, short barreled rifles and shotguns, suppressors or silencers, etc.) you must live in a state that does not prohibit Class 3 ownership by an individual. Check with your State L.E. Department
If you’d like to purchase one of our Class 3 devices, here are the steps to follow.

At MaricopaTactical.com. Each Class 3 device requires its own Form 4, along with a $200 Tax Stamp from the BATFE. The approval process for Class 3 devices takes approximately 4- 6 months.

1. Choose the item on maricopatactical.com, and send us a seperate Email to info@maricopatactical.com
2. Our staff will contact you on what Class 3 dealer you would like to have your device sent to.
3. Once a Class 3 Dealer Stamp & FFL has been received and gun or suppressor paid in full, it then takes about 6 – 8 weeks for BATFE approval to transfer from Maricopa Tactical to your local Class 3 dealer.
